Our commitment
Angel Ops is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard used to measure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Caregivers and office staff with disabilities should be able to do every task in the platform.
What we've implemented
- Every screen is operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- One main landmark and a logical heading order on every page, with labelled navigation regions.
- Accessible names on every icon-only control and descriptive alternative text on images.
- Status is never carried by color alone — coverage, risk and audit states also carry text and icons.
- Text meets 4.5:1 contrast (3:1 for large text) against its background.
- Form fields have real labels, described-by help text and errors announced to screen readers.
- Asynchronous results — offers sent, punches reconciled, shifts covered — are announced in live regions.
- Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch devices, and animation respects the reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
Dense scheduling tables can require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We are working on a stacked card view for those screens.
Feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier, tell your franchise owner or corporate licensing contact. We aim to respond within five business days and to provide the information in an alternative format while a fix is in progress.
